Darbhanga in Bihar is the heart of India's Mithila region and produces some of the finest makhana in the world. Our fox nuts are farm-fresh, hand-picked, premium-graded and packed to lock in maximum freshness and crunch.
Our plain makhana stays fresh for up to 9–12 months when stored properly. Roasted flavoured makhana is best enjoyed within 4–6 months of packaging for peak crunch and taste. Always check the pack for the exact date.
